19. Getting help
- Support: email support@colibriocirrus.com. Include your workspace name, what you were trying to do and any message you saw.
Some messages in Cirrus Reader Studio say, "Please contact support", for example after a failed upload or if you lose your authenticator app. This is the address to use. - Developer documentation: docs.cirrusreader.com explains the Cirrus API, embedding and other technical details. Share it with your web team. You can also open it from Integrations → API Keys → View API Documentation.
